TPS Does Christmas!

TPS musicians were a hit at this year’s Petersfield Christmas Festival. The festival was opened on the evening of Friday 5 December with music provided by the TPS jazz band, Pete’s Jazz, who played a mixture of popular favourites including Stevie Wonder’s ‘Superstition’, as well as a more festive ‘Jingle Bell Rock’. The Mayor was then assisted in turning on the Christmas lights by a Year 7 member of the school Girls’ Choir, Imogen Black, after which the choir sang a selection of Christmas carols. The frosty weather was helped along by artificial snow, giving the evening a thoroughly festive feel.
